There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted. The Chair laid out HB 3574 and recognized Senator Haywood, in the absence of the Senate sponsor, Senator Galloway, to explain the bill. The bill was left pending. The Chair laid out HB 3592 and recognized Senator Haywood, in the absence of the Senate sponsor, Senator Shapiro, to explain the bill. Senator Haywood moved that HB 3592 be reported favorably to the full Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
