Relating to warrants issued to obtain location information from wireless communications devices and to public access to law enforcement or prosecutor requests for certain related location or communication information.

Relating to certain criminal offenses concerning the unlawful transfer or purchase of certain weapons.

Relating to the development and use of a jail-based restoration of competency pilot program.

SB 1522       Hegar                  
Relating to the responsibility of the county to hold certain persons in county jail before a return or transfer of the person to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
