Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, in the E1. 714.

The chair called the meeting to order at 8:05 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

The chair laid out the list of bills recommended for placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar to be held on May 4, 2017 at 8:00 AM.

 

Senator Burton moved that the list of bills be recommended for placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar to be held on May 4, 2017 at 8:00 AM. Without objection, it was so ordered.

 

Upon a motion from Senator Nichols, the Committee recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
