Pursuant to a notice posted on May 3, 2023, revised on May 5, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 4, 2023, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Longoria, at 8:39 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Longoria; Vasut; Frazier; Hinojosa; Isaac; and Lambert.
