Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2023, and permission granted on March 1, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Neave Criado, at 12:13 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Neave Criado; Stucky; Gerdes; Orr; Schatzline; Slaton; and Tinderholt.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Rosenthal now present.)

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony from entities under the committee's purview.

(Representative Jones, Jolanda now present.)

At 1:50 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
