Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 1, 2023, and permission granted on May 1, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Neave Criado, at 4:14 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Neave Criado; Stucky; Gerdes; Jones, Jolanda; Orr; and Tinderholt.

A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the April 5, 2023 minutes for the House Committee on County Affairs be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

At 4:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
