Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 8, 2023, and permission granted on May 8, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Neave Criado, at 4:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Neave Criado; Stucky; Gerdes; Jones, Jolanda; Rosenthal; Schatzline; and Tinderholt.

HB 1132

 

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which House Bill 1132, without amendments, was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
