CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 24, 2023, the House Committee on Elections authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Elections held on April 4, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2023, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, at 12:17 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smith; Bucy; Capriglione; DeAyala; Manuel; Morales, Eddie; Swanson; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

 

HB 3159

 

The chair laid out HB 3159.

 

The chair recognized Representative Leach to explain HB 3159.

 

Representative Swanson offered a complete committee substitute.
