Pursuant to a notice posted on April 14, 2023, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, at 8:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smith; Bucy; Burrows; Capriglione; DeAyala; Morales, Eddie; Swanson; and Vo.
