On April 18, 2023, the House Committee on Insurance authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Insurance held on April 4, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2023, revised on April 3, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 3, 2023, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliverson, at 8:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Oliverson; Johnson, Ann; Cortez; Johnson, Julie; and Perez.
