Pursuant to a notice posted on April 14, 2023, revised on April 17, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 17, 2023, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Ken, at 8:05 a.m.
