Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 24, 2023, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Ken, at 7:08 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Ken; Walle; Goldman; Harless; Hernandez; Herrero; King, Tracy O.; Schaefer; Shaheen; and Thompson, Senfronia.

The chair laid out SB 60 as the companion to HB 3656.
