Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2023, revised on April 24, 2023 and April 25, 2023, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Ken, at 8:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Ken; Walle; Goldman; Harless; Hernandez; Herrero; King, Tracy O.; and Schaefer.
