Pursuant to a notice posted on May 19, 2023, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harris, Cody, at 9:45 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harris, Cody; Allison; Morales Shaw; Morales, Eddie; Paul; and Rogers.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Harris, Cody moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: SB 1449.  The motion prevailed without objection.

Representative Harris, Cody moved that the floor amendment to SB 1098 offered by Representative Hull, the floor amendment to SB 1376 offered by Representative Wilson, the floor amendment to SB 1399 offered by Representative Bell, Keith be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, May 24, 2023.  The motion prevailed without objection.
