Pursuant to a notice posted on April 20, 2023, revised on April 26, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 26, 2023, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 8:02 a.m.
