Pursuant to a notice posted on April 28, 2023, revised 2 times on May 3, 2023, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Discretionary Funding Allocations,  met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, at 8:32 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis; Lujan; and Raney.

A quorum was present.

The Transportation Subcommittee on Discretionary Funding Allocations met to hear invited testimony from state agencies and other invited witnesses related to discretionary funding allocations.

The Chair made opening remarks.
