Pursuant to a notice posted on April 6, 2023, revised on April 10, 2023 and April 11, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 11, 2023, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lozano, at 2:14 p.m.
