Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 14, 2023, the House Committee on Youth Health & Safety, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 11:53 a.m.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 1972 was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute and explained the substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
