Pursuant to a notice posted on February 17, 2023, and permission granted on February 22, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cain, at 12:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cain; Anderson; Bernal; Goodwin; Harris, Cody; Kitzman; Rosenthal; Thimesch; and Wilson.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The committee heard an overview of agencies and issues under the committee’s jurisdiction.

At 1:47 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
