Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2025, and permission granted on March 13, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Orr, at 10:40 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Orr; Howard; Barry; Jones, Venton; and Lozano.

The Subcommittee on Article II met to consider House budget riders and pended items for Article II.

At 11:45 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m., March 14, 2025.

The committee reconvened at 1:33 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Orr.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Orr; Howard; Barry; Manuel; and Oliverson.

A quorum was present.
