Relating to examination of the records of filing entities and foreign filing entities by the attorney general; creating a criminal offense.

Relating to the creation of the Texas Energy Waste Advisory Committee.

Relating to solicitations for the retrieval of certain documents from the secretary of state; providing a civil penalty.
