Use the Calendars Alerts feature to set up email alerts to notify you when calendars are made public.
NOTE: You must log in to My TLO to set calendar alerts.
Click the My TLO tab, then click Alerts. The Alerts window displays.
Click Calendars. The calendar's Alerts window displays.
Click the checkbox for the calendar you want to receive alerts for.
Click Save.
NOTE: To stop receiving alerts for a specific calendar, remove the check from that calendar's checkbox and click Save.
